WORST CALL CENTRE AND SALES TEAM IN SA

Hi, I'm not sure what the heck your call centre is doing but I have been trying to call your sales division to apply for an Iphone 6 and wait literally 25 min without anyone answering. This has been happening for the last week now... Do you not want business? Or is this a government owned organisation? What the hell are you guys doing? I urgently need someone to call me back and allow me to apply for a new phone. This is absolutely ridiculous that you do not have a call centre or anything to have people help. Why has your service been so terrible?
