Worst call centre agents, terrible service!!!!!

If I could, I would give them -5*. I just got off a cold call with a consultant named Britney; after having them call me EVERYDAY for a week, telling her that I am not interested and her proceeding to ask me why I am so sour and shouting at me from the other end of the line for not wanting their product. Who in their right mind thinks that's okay?? Also, stop harassing me, I AM NOT INTERESTED - is that loud enough for you Telkom??

Also, that is no way to try and get clients onboard, I will most certainly not sign up with you guys!! Leaving a bad taste in too many peoples mouths it seems?!
