Worst "call center" support

It's official: Telkom Mobile has the worst support system I've ever had the misfortune of being stuck with.

1. You navigate your way down a maze of options, none of which accurately describe the issue that you're dealing with. 2. You are constantly barraged with worthless information about using their Whatsapp link to do self-service. 3. Even when you make it to the end of the journey, instead of talking with an operator, it gives you the option to suddenly change your support language or continue, and when you continue, you just get the same message over and over.

Absolutely worthless. A frustrating experience and a total waste of time. No service would honestly be better than this.

I've managed to request a call back via the app instead, but I'm not holding my breath.
