WORST BRANCH EVER

Telkom Vangate is the worst branch ever. I took my device in for an insurance claim and the staff member refused to assist. I had to call the insurance a second time and then insist that she call the insurance only then to book in the device. Why do we always get the bad end of the stick where after sales service is concerned.
