Worst branch ever!!!
Today 28 July 2015 I was standing in a queue for 1 hour long without being helped, there was literally one consultant helping with fixed line queries with a line of easy 12-15 people standing outside the door to be assisted. THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORST AT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HANGING AROUND CHATTING WALKING SLOWLY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PURPOSE TO DELIVER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
