Worst Branch
Besides the worst service I ALWAYS get in that store, today I went to buy data, I was assisted by Albert Humani the cashier, with his irritated face, he asked for my cel no, I said out to him only for him to punch the wrong one and when I approached him, he them reffered me to this one lady who told that they can't do a thing about because data is unreversable and that has got nothing to do with me, all I'm asking for is my R139.00 back in my account or my 2gig data loaded in my phone. The store has always given me the worst service and I kept on forgiving them but now I'm heard enough. Telkom is the best company but the people in Maponya don't deserve to be helping people, they are the worst ever.
