Worst billing and accounts department

<p>been with telkom just over 5 months now , the agreement made was to be 850 a month, yet each month theres more than that to pay, past 2 months i had to make eft payments because telkom cant stick to an agreement, called in this morning and spoke to CLARRISA who does not know whether she is coming or going, she has no product knowledge and just knows i have to go to sales, telkom does not have any multis****ed consultants all they know how to do is put people on hold, i called back and all of a sudden nobody knows clarrisa then got put on hold for 10Minutes! REALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE, SERIOUSLY WOULD LIKE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
