Worst Back office Service.

I am convinced that Telcom is the worst Telecommunications service provider in the country. I pay in more than is due and my account and they still go ahead and debit my account. When calling I call in to enquire about the account they can't give answers. When I ask to speak to a Manager I get two stories, one manager was supposed to call me in 48 hours and one was supposed to call me in 3 hours. While Telkom may have the most competitive rates in the industry they have the worst client service.
