Worst and most deceiving network!!!!

I recently took out a data contract with Telkom mobile.It was a 20gig promo @R399.I was happy with the contract until one of telkom mobile agents called me to inform me that i qualify to migrate my contract from 20gig to 30gig promo for only a extra R100!!!Monthly subs should now be R499 for my 30gig promo package.Agent that helped me advised that there are no extra charges,no migration fees involved.I received my monthly statement from TM today with a shocking penalty fee of R1050 .According to my knowledge and what was told and promised to me by TM .If you migrate your contract to a higher package you will not be charged any migration fee as you are bringing more business for this network.Migration cost should only occur when migrating your contract to a lower package.When i called in to the customer care to query this issue.The agent and team leader both were unable to help me and blamed their sales department!!!Besides the fact that when i call 180 from my cellphone expecting to get through to TM DIRECTLY.i get put through to a third party company..Fixing up TM mess!!I am done with TM.Changing my service provider and taking TM further! i am not letting them debit a extra R1050
