Worst ADSL Service in South Africa

<p>I am in Knysna & have a 4Mb/s ADSL line.</p> <p>Over the past 18 months the average speed has been 1.89Mb/s over 150 Ookla download tests.</p> <p>My line has been checked at least 15 times over the last 18 months & there is nothing wrong with the connections. Telkom ADMIT that there is conjestion on the line but continue to sell line speed packages of 4Mb/s in my area knowing full well that they cannot provide this speed. They areraking in the money & not providing the service. I am sick & tired of continually having to raise faults only to be told that everything is fine & will improve "NEXT YEAR"</p>
