WORST!

Telkom has not been debiting my account on agreed date thus causing the debit order to return and ultimately accruing additional funds every time that happens. Then account is suspended. An arrangement is made but still account is being debited with amounts unagreed. You mention this to their consultant they say you are LYING that a payment arrangement was made. You cannot make this up. Mmathapelo Moeketsi is the worst of the bunch.
