WORSED SERVICE EVER

I ordered an Iphone6 plus beginning of this month October 18. The agent called me and advised my order is being processed, which they will give me feedback after few days. Few days passed nothing yet from the Agent which I then called the 10213 number and was told they see my request but its still in process. I then received a call from ********** the lady processed my order then said they don't have the phone that I want, that's after two weeks of calling and calling with no assistance at all.

TELKOM has the worse service ever, keep in mind that I'm told they don't have this IPhone after they debited my account, really. When I tell the lady you don't have the phone that I want but you debited my account what now she said she can offer me an IPhone 7 plus for R100 more than what I have to pay. I accepted the offer and asked her to give me a silver colour cause they didn't have Gold the colour I wanted.

I waited weeks for the phone to be delivered, struggled to get hold of the delivery man to an extent that I called them everyday tracking my order, which was not delivered. When I finally receive my order after weeks of struggling I get a wrong ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT IS THAT, firstly I didn't get what I wanted, Secondly you debit my account without giving me what I want which you later offer me something else. Thirdly I accept what you offer me with the bad service that you are giving mt on top and I get this again.

By the 31st of October 2018 ,If I don't get the phone that I want with the colour that I want, please cancel my order and refund me EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.. I'm tired of being treated like I'm getting the phone for MAHALA.
