Worse than minis 10 stars customer service

We have just upgraded our line to 10 gigs, 3 days after we upgraded Telekom started throttling us. We have had no internet service for almost 2 weeks now. And no one at Telekom can tell us what is wrong, we have. Called them daily and each time there is a different story. This is the worst customer service in the history of customer service!
