WORSE TELKOM SERVICE EVER !!! SHOULD SHUT DOWN THE COMPANY

My name is Rakesh kara and my order number is ***A. I have requested for the January big deal for 10mb line for R399 however the order was approved on the 12th January 2021 and till today no one has come to my premises which is ridiculous customer service that I have experienced in the last 5 years with you guys. I have called in the call center 3 times last week and requested the head of sales to contact me till today no management has contacted me.

This is the worse service ever !!!!!!!

I WOULD LIKE TELKOM TO COME AND DO WHAT THEY SUPPOSE TO DO AS ME BEING A PAYING CLIENT THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!!!! I NEED TELKOM MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME ON *** URGENT.

HOWEVER TODAY I HAVE CALLED IN TELKOM AGAIN AND THEY HAVE PLACED AN NEW ORDER WHICH THE ORDER NUMBER IS 710124 FOR installation check JUST TO DELIVER MY NEW ROUTERS WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 10 T0 14 WORKING DAYS I MEAN GUYS GET YOUR GAME UP THAT IS WHY LOTS PEOPLE ARE CANCELING WITH YOURL.
