Worse telecommunications service provider ever, do not consider signing up with Telkom

I was **********ly subscribed with a company called Basebone PTY LTD. I contacted your call center (which took me numerous calls and being sent around from pillar to post until I was able to talk to the relevant person an hour after my attempts to get hold of you) and I was then advised that the subscription will be cancelled. I was told that "unfortunately" you can not investigate this ********** activity thus I won't be able to claim my money back that has been ****** from me, which is a response that I'm clearly not satisfied with. When I called last month the consultant I spoke to advised me that for this months fee I will not be paying more than my contract value and "changed" my limit to R1.00. That clearly did not happen as I received an invoice with an exorbitant amount that will be debited against my account.

I'm disappointed at the service that you are providing to me and when I try and contact you, you recommend WhatsApp self-service and decide to end the call and there is no option to speak to a consultant.

Based on this experience I'm currently experiencing with your company I will not ever recommend your services to anyone that I know and I'm even considering cancelling the contract that I have because, you do not care about the interests of your clients/ customers. As far as I'm concerned you could be part of this **** scheme happening as you have no interest at all to get to the bottom of the matter.

I do have other contracts with other service providers and such issues are handled with the utmost care and resolved and our ****** money returned. I can't even get hold of you to make this complaint because you are just not accessible...
