Worse service to date

Been Struggling with Telkom internet since the beginning of the week, been getting less than 1mb/s on my LTE -A package, when phoning Telkom I am advised that its Eskom's fault and not theirs. Been a loyal customer for years, funny how Telkom always debits your account on time yet cant provide the service I am paying for. Trying to log a fault but to no avail. Have not had Loadshedding in my area for 2 days, yet its said due to load-shedding my internet is slow, even the Telkom internet on the Cellphone is less than 1 mb/s.
