WORSE SERVICE THAN ESKOM

One star is too much. The only company worse at service than Eskom is Telkom!!! On 11/12/2019 a service man from Open Serve came on instruction from Telkom to change our ADSL to LTE. We clearly stated to him that we wish to either stay on the same plan or go to a higher plan. No we have almost no data available on an Uncapped plan. We have called customer service 6 times, but to no avail. Nobody is able to assist us. IT IS SAD!!! We are loyal customers to Telkom and we have 3 contracts. I am definitely ending all contracts with Telkom as soon as the end!!
