WORSE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM TELKOM EVER

Very bad service received. every since i took out a second contract with them, they hace been messing my account up. for a contract of R 385 i pay every month over R700 to R1000 Consultants on the Phone are uselesss. they debit when they want to and when i make payment into their account for the contracts due to them not debiting on time. i have to pay a penalitly of R220 for each contract. this is the worse service iv ever received
