Worse service provider ever in history

Telkom has to be by far the worse service provide I have ever came across in my life. The consultant at the store and over the phone never what to assist.

I have been calling to ask for my phone statement so I can pay it off and close the account since last year. I have been told over the phone to go to the store and when I get to the store I am told to call.

I have never received my monthly statement the numerous times I have asked them to send it via email.

I want to close off my account with this company for good. Please provide the service you are required to provide for God sakes
