Worse Service Provider Ever

I have been waiting for over 48 hours for my account to be activated. I am unable to work from home due to no internet as well as my contact numbers are not available for emergency calls.

Everytime I call in I hold on the line for over 30 mins only to be told that they have escalated it and I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours or if I ask to speak to a manager that the manager will call me back between 1 to 5 hours.

I need my account to be activated ASAP!!!!!!
