Worse service provider ever.

I have had the worse experience with Telkom. My account is being paid via debit order every month since i have the contract with them. Over the easter weekend my lines was cut and it is a mission with Telkom to have my lines reconnected. Every agent works with a different set of rules cause every time i phone it is different turn around time. There is no managers or supervisors to speak to only call center agents. I would not recommend anyone to take out a contract with them. I will be closing my contract as soon as it comes to an end. i have left numerous request to be called back by a supervisor or manager with no sucess. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
