Worse Service Provider ever

Worse Service Provider ever, I have a Smart broadband account with them that I want to cancel. They will call you when they want to sell their services to you but not handle your queries when you want to cancel their service. Their phone is never answered - you can be on the line all day. no wonder the share price is going south, there is no future here.
