Worse Service Provider Ever

Absolutely bad Service...I don't know what Customer Service Agent is even employed for at this company...They cannot give customer Service...Services blocked while payment has been made.there should be a better way.Some people got assignments to submit.The agent refuse to assist in getting your services up and running.receipts of payment emailed to customer service...they still refuse and get stuck by a turn around time...I would not suggest this service provider to any one...A receipt is proof of payment.You cannot refuse to resume services if someone paid...Common shape up get with technology...This is the worst ever
