Worse service provider ever

Telkom is pathetic. I app**** for an ADSL line of which I had to pay in a deposit. Waited a month for installation and when I required they had nothing on their system of any ADSL line but yet I went into the branch at Walmer park PE and the took my cash and now when I wane cancel everything I must wait another month before I can get my R700 paid back into my account. Customer service don't know what they doing just wondering if these people ever gets training or what? *********** to the max.
