Worse service provider

i am very much disappointed by Telkom open serve, been complaining about their incorrect billing since August 2024, i got billed after i was promised a 1 month free trial, i then called in to have it sorted out but each month it seems to be the same problem and i call each month to sort it out but it becomes a temp solution and then i get a bill saying i owe while i have paid, each time it is a different ref e.g ***2. ***5. ***2 and what's even worse is that their consultants when you email them they dont reply, i have had the opportunity to email the following people Nabeel Rocker, Nosiphosethu Si****uza and they just ignore you, i have tried to cancel this service and they refuse each time promising to fix the issue which they dont. worse service provider ever
