WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

I have sent cancellation request to telkom on the 27/02/2020 prior to the lock down , I have submitted all the mandatory documents and received case number: ***0 , I have now received May billing for the account which I have cancelled!! I’m so disgusted by telkom service I have sent multiple emails and request for someone to contacted me , I have sat on the line over 15 mins waiting to speak to an agent and received no answer. It’s my worse experience with a service provider can’t get ahold of them they don’t want to cancel my service and I want there legal department to contact me!! This is **** service by the worse network
