Worse service I have ever received in my life

I had in account with Telkom. I ended the contract in 2021 Oct. They failed to close the account and proceeded to bill me. I call in 2022 when I found out and was promised the account would be closed and the funds would be credited. The account was closed but the funds were never credited. I called again in 2023 and the consultant credited my account. Now i find out I have been handed over I dint understand why and for what. I call them again and now they say I owe the amount. R1400 is not worth me being handed over. I pay my accounts in time and keep my credit score clean. Now I am being handed over because of Telkoms stupidity. May I add during all of this nobody has ever called to give me feedback and tell me what is going on with this query. I will never use this service in my life.
