Worse service I have ever received, definitely one of the worst service providers

So close to the End of November 2017 I requested one of my contract numbers to be upgraded to the unlimited package, Upgrade was done fine i had no issues until Telkom decided to upgrade another one of my contract numbers (I have 3 with them) to the unlimited package without my consent. I called Telkom they logged a case on the 2nd December which they took 4 weeks to resolve, a guy by the name of Siphiweyinkosi Patrick Chili calls me at the beginning of January to tell me that Telkom has made a mistake and they will be passing a credit on my account. This is the response i get back from Telkom Hi Ms. Fakhrun-nisa Le Grange

Thank you for taking the time to discuss the case with me, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused since late last year till now, I am hopeful that we will be able to assist you and resolve the case once and for all.

As discussed telephonically, the base of the case is with regards to the incorrect service number being upgraded [ 0 ] on the 3rd of November 2017 to the FreeMe Unlimited at R999 monthly. The correct number that ought to be upgraded was 0.

You were incorrectly on the FreeMe Unlimited for 48 days prior to being moved back to your original plan which was FreeMe 1GB on the 21st December 2017 BUT this time you were moved back onto the FreeMe 1GB as a sim-only offer, which means that your device fee for R100 monthly fell off before the end of its 24 month term. o for the refund and the device error that has been picked up since December until the end of your contract in November 2018 would be R100 x 12 remaining months = R1200.

So in calculation;

· FreeMe Unlimited x 48 days = R999 + R932.40 = R1931.40

· Device Subscription Fee x 12 months = R100 x 12 months = R1200 Which now means that the refund that will be accounted for will be an amount of R1931.40 – R1200.00 = R731.40 Please bear in mind I have not agreed to the R1200.00 being deducted from my account, they just decided to do it to cover up their mess up. I e-mailed Siphiwe telling him I was not agreeing to anything and that Telkom suspended my services he has not rep**** to any of my e-mails, I called asking for him after numerous attempts he sends me an e-mailing stating his waiting for his workload to die down then he would contact me, I'm still waiting for a reply or call. Numerous call center agents sent him e-mails to contact me he doesn't respond to them either. To this day I am still waiting for my refund after 100s of calls to Telkom requesting an updated statement with my credit or for this issue to be resolved. I am self employed and my line has been suspended for over an month. I spoke to another call center agent who promised her manager would call me and I could communicate with her via e-mail, I e-mailed her telling her no one has called me or responded to me and she hasn't rep****.
