Worse service from Telkom sa

Telkom is the worse service provider ever. They blocked my account after having it paid up. When I call to reactivate I am told they can see the funds but will have to wait indefinitely for the line to be opened. I asked to cancel this contract I was told I can't I must now wait another 48 hrs. I have this contract with you guys for over 10 years but now I am done. Please reinstate my line and cancel all bundles and I would rather buy airtime and data then have an bundle with you guys. I am going to port my number to another service provider
