Worse service from Telkom

I logged a complain with Telkom in January 2019 that I don't have coverage and they gave me rooter contract without checking the coverage in my area, but till now they didn't solve my problem, when I call them they drop my calls or let me wait for 1hour:30 without solving my problem...and the case no it's ********** 1
