worse service ever (Intergrated Data Sim:IDS)

<p>Telkom Intergrated data sim (IDS), Telkom implemented intergrated data sim to be used when the line (ADSL) is off and at least you can access the internet via the sim, this was a free service and working 100%, </p> <p> </p> <p>After April 2017 got my bill and I see IDS 20GB R87.72 before vat, called billing to credit me , rejected my dispute, telling me that the IDS is now chargeable, i then said , I have never reqested the service to be added, you had an option to choose 1GB free or have access to you data via sim card with a chargerble fee of R100 . p/m. April, May June , Telkom have being billing me R87.72 x2 x 3 as I have two landlines with telkom.</p> <p>Most call center agents they dont even know their product, very sad. finaly managed to cancelled the sim cards, waiting for Jully bill to see if they have credited me and cancell the IDS. hopefully.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom , I know you are the only company in SA to supply ADSL line , watch out, someone is planing to capitalize on all of your mistakes , start treating your customers with dignity and proffesionalism. All we want is to know that someone is taking our complains and they are dealing with them.</p> <p> </p>
