WORSE SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED! YOU MAKE CELL C's **** LOOK GOOD!

If there was a minus, I'd definitely give a minus rating. I've had issues with their service from the moment I signed up! I spoke to a Precious who was the most disrepectful person I have ever met! How is this even called customer service??

I had the biggest bill for this so called "uncapped" line and now I have this huge bill which nobody at their billing can even explain to me because clearly Telkom does not have knowledge or training regarding their product. They are telling me I bought data bundles which is utter **** because I have an uncapped line so why would I need a bundle !! Also, being told that I have gone over my minutes when I do not use any minutes at all cus I do not have a landline!!

I have never been this ********** in my life! I asked to speak to a manager and apparently no manager was available! Who is supposed to then look into this for me and actually sort it out??
