Worse service ever

Wish i could not even give it 1 star. Consultant after consultant i need to explain my problem I'm having for 5 days now and i keep getting disconnected because they cant help me with the problem im having. How dont know what training you give your "customer support agents" but im sure its not to support us at all its too annoy us and make us further frustrated. Nondumiso Gotyana and Akhona Ndlebe are few of the people that disconnected me after giving my review of the problem i had and it just makes it so unpleasant to have you guys as a ISP.
