Worse Service Ever!!!

Four days without any WIFI coverage, as well as my mobile coverage is non existent. Every day I need to do a trouble shoot for the router, before they can log a fault with technical department, yet after every trouble shoot, we have to do it again. After the 4th call still no help to get this resolved. Worst customer service I ever experienced!!!!!! Will definitely cancel my contract and make use of another service provider. Stay far away from Telkom best advice i can give!!! There is a problem in my area yet, they are to lazy to send a technician to follow up and make sure the problem gets resolved. Telkom is a joke.
