Worse service ever!!!!

Bad bad service Telkom is the worse company ever, they don't know what it is to work with people. They called me for an upgrade, only to find out, they never did the upgrade. When I went to thr walk in centre an hours drive from my home they tell me they can't help me. I phoned their customer service for 3 days in a row, and no one can help me. It's day 5 and still the call centre's tell you you must speak to this and that, when you get to this and that they send you back. And to top it all of, someone went and updated my details after I never asked them to and when they did it the details was wrong. I phoned again to speak to a manager, I was kept waiting for an hour and a half just for no one to ever come to the phone. You must up your game really. Now we still sit with nothing that has been resolved, as long as they can debit my bank account they smile all the way, while we are unhappy.
