Worse service ever.

I have been a client for few months now, I am very upset with Telkom being billed for the service I am not using. The way the counting data usage on my router they ripped me off. The 40 Gigs day and 40 Gigs night doesn't even last 15 days in a month, worse part I am alone at home nobody else has password. I even sent them DM's still nobody can explain what's happening. The only thing they do they debit on my account every month and I have decided to stop them via my bank. I regret the day I took contract.
