Worse service ever

They charged me for sim that was not even active and when i call them they keep on saying they will escalate the matter but still no feedback from them and the sim card has been deactivated know but they will still debit me at the end of the month and it will still be more than the agreed upon amount worse decision ever dont take telkom contact for your own peace of mind
