Worse service ever

Telkom is the worst company ever. I took a wifi contract with them in November 2019 that came with a small router. Everything was fine until I wanted to cancel the contract. I tried calling, emails and to send them messages on their social medial pages but nothing was fruitful. Their website keeps on referring me to a computerized bolt thing that doesn't offer any kind of assistance I am looking for. All I want to cancel the contract nothing more nothing less. But it's seems so difficult to get hold of them.
