WORSE SERVICE EVER

I wrote a review requesting for a cancellation and haven’t received any response. I haven’t received any feedback or service from Telkom but my bill keeps going higher and higher, I just received a message saying I now owe R858.89 and I don’t what that is for my contract finished last year and you kept billing me , now I’m not even getting any data but my bill keeps going up every month PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT I DON’T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU ANYMORE
