Worse service ever

I recently purchased a phone with Telkom , all i can say is that I’m not happy with their service

The lady who assisted me did nothing right

First she got the wrong address for delivery Secondly she got the wrong number Thirdly, I didn’t receive my voucher that was meant to come with the cellphone And lastly the contract was supposed to be an upgrade but she made a new contract

Tried to contact Telkom for assistance but the only thing I get is excuses every time

I’ve been with Telkom for more than 10 years now but their services is very bad, they don’t take customers complain seriously
