Worse Service / Compnay on Earth

(1)No Service, No / Slow Response : we tried to get a quote since Oct 2020 and received no Quote. During one of the follow up calls / email, Telkom wanted to send Technician to install something we have not even received a quote. (2) To Cancel Telkom Lines: Telkom makes it extremely hard to cancel their account : Call Centre Number said press "4 " which did not exist. Telkom said we " have to " wait for 30 days to confirm that they received our notice to cancel their service : what a joke: So we wait for 30 days and Telkom would reply : they have not received our cancellation, then another 30 days...... / Feb 09,2021
