Worse service

I am so flippin upset with Telkom. I have been emailing their stupid mobile customer service email address since 10th of Dec 2020. I have had multiple debits run off my account which i did not open. I have been trying to get this stopped and ***** investigated. I have spent so much money stopping and reversing these debits. Nobody bothers to get back to me or even help. I have NEVER had anything contract with Telkom and I NEVER WILL. I am so upset they just dont care and keep debiting me and had the nerve to hand me over to debt collectors even when i said it was NOT me that opened these accounts. I just want a resolution
