Worse service

I have a contract with Telkom that is supposed to be off by now but somehow it is still ongoing. My worry is that when I brought this to their attention I was ignored and never attended to. I called Telkom several times trying to get the proper statement that details start date/end date, balance and duration and etc. I never received any assistance instead they keep sending half informative statement that does not explain anything. Worse part when one calls the provided call centre line there is no direction you hold and keep pressing numbers as per voices suggestions, but it never takes one to the consultant or provide option to get a hold of the consultants. I am writing here with hope that someone calls me and really provide the information that I need.
