Worse service

<p>Telkom mobile has the worse service ever. I regret the day I took a contract with them. I have asked on numerous occasions for a settlement figure. Calling the call centre and going to their walk in stores is useless as in the 8 months I've asked for a settlement figure my matter is always escalated to a department that does not exist. I have never received any feedback from Telkom ever! You don't even deserve the single star rating that's how terrible tour service is!!!!</p>
