Worse service

<p>Telkom or what they call 8ta sucks big time, logged a complain on the 8th of August 2016 made about 3 follow ups between then and the 20th of August and couldn’t get any response that made sense until I only got an SMS on the 22nd telling me that my incident has been resolved but I didn’t get any feedback what the finding was. I sent them a cancellation form on the 22nd August 2016 for them to cancel my contract just waiting to see how long is that going to take that’s if it will ever be processed.</p>
