Worse service

Is there any company out there worse than Telkom when it comes to service, or lack there of? It took over a month to have my line reinstated but then the data part was left out of the order, now it seems I will have to wait another month to get this sorted. What good is a voice line only when I ordered adsl? Calling them is another waste of time, you get told diferent things all the time.
