Worse provider ever

We've been on adsl then fibre came along since we've joined the fibre network we are always buffering aswell as we were on a 4mb/s billing then a consultant called to ask if we would like to upgrade to a 10mb/s lite we agreed but that never happened aswell so we went to the menlyn branch and told then to cancel the 10mb/s lite and upgrade us to a 10 mb/s normal one we've been using on it since 15 August tried to give it time but we've never had more than 1.4mb/s then the shocker off all happened we got billed over R2000 which doesn't make sense at all. And the 10mb/s is R750 even if we have to calculate the lite plus the full package it still doesn't add up. Most useless provider ever. We also signed up for a month to month but all of a sudden we're on a 24months contract. ****ing angry client.
