Worse network service provider

Telkom had a data feature called Mo'Nice where you purchase 450GB Night Time data for a specific amount for the month and I have been one of those Telkom clients who used the feature since it was introduced by Telkom up to date. It is not a contract option but you would buy monthly as you forfeit at the end of the month should you still have data over. I wanted to purchase the new month (Sept) and the option was removed and when I contacted Telkom customer support via Twitter I was advised the feature is only available to telkom customers who used the feature since introduction to users. I advised they could trace record on the Sim and I even provided them the number where night time data traffic would present a report or information. After all my questions for clarity they have stopped responding to my customer communication.
