Worse network provider

Ever since I took a router contract for 10gig monthly @R139, they have not held the contract agreement, they charge exuberant amounts and decided on their own to add additional data.without my knowledge and consent which.is leaving me in debt and my account in bad state I have been complaining on their Facebook messages they just.give answers as if this.was actioned by me , im.really frustrated and I want things to be set correct as I know this is ******** and cannot be part of correct practice, my contact details ***
