Worse ISP in history?

<p>Can I rate 0 stars?</p> <p> </p> <p>I struggled for many years with a truly awful ADSL service with Telkom but felt that this was 'just the way it is' in South Africa. </p> <p> </p> <p>When the opportunity to bypass the old infrastructure and take advantage of the new LTE mobile service I was filled with optimism. How naive.</p> <p> </p> <p>Over R1000 per month for a CAPPED service that almost never works. When I contact the call center (or any other channel) for support it almost like a Monty python sketch. If I wasn't so angry about paying for a service that essentially doesn't exist I am sure I would have a good laugh about it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Avoid Telkom at all costs, don't believe the marketing. Their ability to deliver services is the worst I have ever seen. (And I used to have Telefonica in Spain)</p>
